2006 Real Salt Lake Match Issue Signed Away Pope #23

Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Pope during the 2006 MLS season. The US international was entering his second season in Utah and made 22 appearances as John Ellinger's men finished a disappointing 6th in the Western Conference. Pope enjoyed a three-year spell with the side before hanging up his boots in 2007. He spent his entire club career in the MLS, most notably with D.C. United, where he won three MLS Cups.
